The material will be sent by normal Road / Rail Transport. Incase of urgency and on request, the material can be sent by courier or speed carriers like Gati / PAFEX / SAFEX etc,.

TAXES(CST/APVAT):
CST/ APVAT will be charged extra as per the rules and Regulations of Government of AP/India at the time of delivery of the material. Present rate of CST (Sale out side AP State) is @ 2% Against ‘C’ / ‘D‘ forms and 14.5 % without any forms.

EXCISE DUTY
At present NIL. Excise Duty will be charged as per the rules And regulations of Govt. of India at the time of delivery.

DELERSHIP
Dealership is offered on "NON-EXCLUSIVE" basis.

The dealership is offered initially for a period of one year

The agreement can be terminated by either party with 3 months notice in writing. However M/S. Future Tech reserves the right to terminate the agreement without assigning any reason whatsoever.

In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Authorized Dealer Shall not be entitled to claim any further rights than what is contained herein above.

Manufacture of the same or similar by imitation or look-alike products by dealers will forfeit the Dealership. Legal action will be taken on the Dealers & Persons who imitate or manufacture the products of M/S FUTURE TECH.

JURISDICTION:
The agreement shall be subject to HYDERABAD jurisdiction for any legal procedures.

OCTROI:
Wherever applicable is to the dealers account.
5.
PAYMENT:
1. Authorised Dealers:100% against document through Bank/COD basis.
2. Casual Dealer : 40% Advance (DD) along with the Purchase Order balance 60% against documents through Bank/COD Basis
All the equipment supplied by us will carry a warranty of one year from the date of supply / installation. The equipment will be serviced free of charge when returned to factory during warranty period.
8.
DELIVERY:
The normal delivery period of our instruments is 4/6 weeks after receipt of your confirmed purchase order. This however is subject to our final confirmation and order acknowledgement.
9.
LITERATURE:
Reasonable quantity of literature for sales promotion purpose, commensurate with the turnover,will be sent to you.
You are requested to place an initial stock order with us worth Rs.25,000/- (Ruppes Twenty Five Thousand only) covering sufficient quantities of the various items of our products.
